-The item must be in original, saleable condition. Any items that arrives with heavily damaged packaging will not be refunded.
Cancellations
We process orders extremely quickly! If you’d like to cancel an order, you will be charged a 4% processing fee, this will cover our postage and packaging cost, as well as the merchants fee.
Exceptions
We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items involved in a promotional event such as Black Friday, Clearance Sales or any order that is purchased using an automatic discount code. We can only offer store credit if an item is purchased under these conditions.
Please contact us before purchasing an item if you are unsure on whether it is eligible for a return.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear or headwear.

We purchase old season stock in mass bulk from vetted and verified European suppliers which is why we’re able to offer such competitive prices. All stock comes with original tags and packaging, unless otherwise is stated on the product page

UK
All UK orders are shipped via DPD. The DPD shipping options are:
-First Class: FREE - 2 to 7 day delivery time
-Special Delivery: £8.50 - 1 to 2 day delivery time
All orders placed before 2PM will be sent on the same day
INTERNATIONAL
-Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed -£15 - 3 to 21 day delivery
Time taken for International delivery varies between countries. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, delivery times are estimates and often take less time than listed.International deliveries may be subject to import charges, although we will do everything to try and mitigate these we will not cover any fees that you may Incur. Refusal to pay import taxes will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
